A mixed-use residential and commercial tower development along the Lekki-Epe corridor, delivered in phases to allow early occupation of completed blocks.\n\nMDC is responsible for structural works, MEP coordination and site-wide facility infrastructure ahead of eventual handover to a dedicated facility management team.
