Who We Are
Mauchin Design Concepts (MDC) is a Nigerian engineering, construction and facility management company. We plan, design, build and maintain civil infrastructure and buildings for government, corporate and private clients.\n\nOur team pairs formally trained engineers with experienced site professionals, so what leaves the drawing board actually survives contact with a real site — variable ground conditions, tight schedules, and Nigerian weather included.\n\nFrom access roads to residential estates to the facilities that keep a building running long after handover, we stay involved for the life of the asset, not just the life of the contract.

Every MDC site runs on a documented HSE plan: toolbox talks, PPE compliance, permit-to-work for high-risk activity, and incident reporting that actually gets acted on.\n\nWe hold subcontractors to the same standard we hold ourselves to, and every site supervisor is trained to stop work the moment a condition becomes unsafe.
Quality Assurance

Materials are tested against specification before they are approved for use. Works are inspected at each stage gate, not just at handover, and every variation is documented and signed off.\n\nOur QA process exists so that what is in the contract is what actually gets built.
